AI Recruiter

Applicants expect a quick reply, but recruiters can't respond to every application straight away. The first conversation (motivation, experience, hours, availability) is repetitive and time-consuming, and candidates who don't fit one vacancy often drop out, even when another open job would suit them perfectly.

I built an AI recruiter that takes over the first conversation. As soon as someone applies, it reaches out on WhatsApp or gives them a call, and talks with the candidate like a recruiter would: about the job and about the candidate themselves. It checks the answers against the vacancy, and if it's not a fit, it suggests a few other vacancies that are. Once there's a match, it plans an intake with a real recruiter, so people only spend time on candidates who are ready.

Every applicant gets an immediate, personal response, day or night. Candidates who don't fit the job they applied for are guided to one that does instead of being lost, and recruiters start their day with intakes that are already qualified and planned. So far the AI recruiter has held more than 14,000 conversations with candidates and planned over 2,000 intakes, saving recruiters more than 900 hours of work.
